Jardin

hi, i am a Latin-american artist and this is my first  entry as a game developer for the bitsy jam #64, with the theme "pollinators" .

Jardin is a story about the struggle of a young farmer and his family with the death of their plantations because of the lack of pollinators, a world-wide problem, specially the disappearance of bees. 

 Many studies point to the use of chemicals on plantations as the main source of this problem. Third-world countries are one of the most vulnerable

The game tackles issues like homophobia, fundamentalism and patriarchy, and how these beliefs are used for profit.
